However, any complaints with regards to the products to be addressed to the e-mail: email@example.com immediately after delivery. The e-mail should consist the order number and issue supported with a picture. Any complaints received at a later point of time will not be accepted as the products quality is subjected to storage conditions (-18 degree centigrade at all times).
We ship on all working days- except Sunday’s and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If no courier service is available in your area, we will ship your items via a Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is calculated depending on the distance. For out station deliveries charges are applied for the container/box. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the product prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Do you have a refund policy?
No, we do not accept the return of products, nor do we have a refund policy.
